milk & cyanide

Hey everyone,I wrote this one from a place I didn’t know I still needed to visit.“Milk & Cyanide” is finally out, and I’ve been sitting here thinking about how honest I was when I put it together. It’s scary releasing something this personal, but here it is.The song is about a relationship that felt like the sweetest thing in the world… until it wasn’t. We danced on glass, laughing like nothing could ever break us. We shared secrets, dreams, and whispered promises in the dark. For a while, it really did feel like daylight. But slowly, the sweetness turned toxic. What I thought was love became a slow poison — milk and cyanide. The smile I trusted started to feel like a mask. The words that once felt safe began to cut. I gave my heart completely, only to watch it get torn apart. The silence afterward hurt more than any argument ever could. There’s a line in the song that probably says it best:
“You were my daylight, now just a ghost in the hue…
Milk and cyanide on my mind.”
Writing this track was my way of processing everything — the beautiful memories, the betrayal, the confusion, and eventually, the decision to stand back up. By the end of the song, I’m not fully healed, but I’m rising from the ashes. I’m learning. I’m choosing myself, even when it still hurts. This song is for anyone who’s ever loved someone who ended up breaking them. And it’s also for me — a reminder that even the most painful chapters can turn into something stronger.Thank you for listening. If “Milk & Cyanide” resonates with you, I’d love to hear your story in the comments. You’re not alone in this.More music is coming soon. With gratitude,
